Convenient location near Inverness, and good breakfast with a variety of options. the bed was comfortable and the room had a pleasant decor.
The overall condition of the hotel was run-down and shabby. the lack of private parking was inconvenient and the street noise was disturbing.

Had a great time during the new year celebration. The hotel was in close proximity to the town center and the beach, which were both nice to visit. The room we stayed in was very clean and cozy, with fresh towels provided and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were polite and accommodating.
The exterior of the building was not the best and could use some updating, but the interior was nice and well maintained. The noise from the street was a bit bothersome, but it didn't greatly affect our stay overall.
